Sis just call to inform me that her chinese wedding dinner is to be held at Goodwood Park Hotel on 26 Feb 2006. Its a nice date and most prob i will be back by then from brunei already. Now my cousins can materialise their dreams of wearing cheongsams on the big day. Well, still unsure if I will be back for her ROM on 2 Aug, will try my very best to be back that day. Hmmm.. I think i can start to think of what to wear on her big day... Hehe... *grinz*
The menu for dinner is as follows:

Victorian Menu I
-Lobster Combinationchilled lobster salad, prawn roll, roast duck, jelly fish, crabmeat ball
-Braised Shark's Fin with Crabmeat and Conpoy
-Crispy Golden Chicken with Prawn Mousse
-Steamed Red Garoupa with Superior Soya Sauce
-Braised Abalone Slices and Flower Mushroom with Chinese Spinach
-Wok-Fried Glass Prawns with Spicy Sichuan Sauce
-Sauteed Fresh Scallops and Squid with Jade Broccoli
-Fragrant Lotus Leaf Rice with Roast Meats
-Cream of Almond with Gingko Nuts and Glutinous Rice Balls

-Suckling Pig Combinationpieces of suckling pig, prawn mayonnaise, mini octopus, jelly fish, crabmeat ball
-Braised Shark's Fin with Crab Meat and Bamboo Pith-Camphor and Tea Smoked Duck-Steamed Red Garoupa with Superior Soya Sauce
-Sauteed Fresh Scallops and Squid In X.O. Sauce
-Deep-Fried Sesame Prawn Tossed with Salad Sauce-Braised Abalone Slices And Flower Mushroom With Baby Greens
-Braised Ee-Fu Noodles with Golden Mushroom and Yellow Chives

Personally, I prefer menu one, looks more delicious from the name of the dishes...
